As an electrical engineer, you could develop components for some of the most fun things in our lives (MP3 players, digital cameras, or roller coasters) as well as the most essential (medical tests or communications systems).   Electronics and Communication engineering is one of the old and the best course in the field of engineering.One of the broad engineering fields, Electronics and Communication involves the transmission of information across channels like coax cable or optical fiber. It also deals with designing equipments such as routers, switches, fiber optics and electronic switching systems. In a nutshell, this branch of engineering deals with electronic devices and software interfaces.Telecommunication Engineering is a discipline of Electronic Engineering and is concerned with all kinds of information and transmission networks. It is involved in designing, manufacturing and operation of telecommunication devices. In simple words, it is an exchange of information over a distance through electronic means and it mainly deals with the satellite communications, cables radio, radar, TV etc. Telecommunication engineers are mainly concerned with establishing communication by means of telegraphs, radar, radio, telephones, tele printers etc.
